the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for prepaid orders.Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to

verification.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The product must not be damaged
  • The return request must pass our verification process

If any misuse, damage, or suspicious activity is detected, the return request may be declined.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed.

The refund method can be chosen by the customer, depending on the available options

(original payment method, bank transfer, or store credit).

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer
  • The return request is made after the allowed period
  • The product fails verification during the return inspection
